Be Kind, It’s Contagious.
What if everyone performed one selfless act of kindness today - how do you think that would impact our society?
Kind Energy Foundation™ is a non-profit organization focused on proving acts of kindness are necessary as much as they are contagious. We work with schools and community organizations to create initiatives that show the youth athletes first hand, the positive effects of spreading kindness and compassion to others.
The Irie Project.
Our first initiative, The Irie Project focused on collaborating with an Elementary School’s art department to create denim canvases centered around; diversity, love, peace and inclusion. Those canvases were sewn onto Jackets and hooded sweatshirts and gifted to the entire Greenbay Packers Organization. For each design, our co-founder, Billy Turner donated five coats to children in need. Through this initiative we were able to give out 700 coats local families in Green Bay & Minnesota.
What’s Next?
It is our primary goal to ensure each initiative stands as an act of kindness that grows beyond our initial act. By focusing on meeting the needs of our community and getting youth actively involved in the process, we exemplify the importance of helping to spread love to others.
As we continue to grow, we will develop a program that give youth the access to professional resources such as academic support, career exploration, athletic instruction, exercise/dietary planning, private counseling and many more personal growth opportunities.
As we learn, we remain open to making appropriate adjustments to best support and help nourish the growth of the youth in our communities.
“We hope despite everything, you never forget to be kind.”
